28 Apr Gaining Traction
Hey! Thanks for coming back. At this point, the blog is gaining traction and its because of readers like you. I want to start things off by thanking you for spending your time witnessing my thoughts, words, and actions. Having the supporting data to confirm that I am reaching you and the others that are reading my entries, further validates my vision and goals. I want to reach as many people as the Universe will allow so that I may inspire and mentor anyone that is looking to set their mind free.
1. Speaking of visions and goals, I recognize that I do not have an established mission statement in place at this time. I know how critical it is to have a mission statement that is congruent with my goals and visions. I have several potential statements that I believe are all in alignment with my current and future ambitions. However, I do hesitate on this matter because it’s so important to me. I want it to be a perfect reflection of the heart and soul of what I aim to accomplish. I work on my statement every day and I know I’m close to making it public. So for now, we can book mark the mission statement and label it “under construction”.
2. I had a fair amount of time to read today, and I even completed my fourth book of the month ( The 10X Rule, by Grant Cardone ). I can’t tell you how much I appreciate my hunger for books and knowledge. As you know, not that long ago, I was one of most Americans that read 1 book or less a year. Now, I strive to read 5 a month! Why 5? Because like Grant Cardone has shown me and many other authors, if you want significant improvements, you have to make significant changes. If I committed to reading 5 books a year, how much would really change? I can honestly say it’s because of reading that my entire trajectory has been realigned. I found the right words at exactly the right time! If this hasn’t already happened for you, I encourage you to insert knowledge and inspiration into your life as soon as possible!
3. From a business stand point, I officially hired help. For a long time I’ve known that I lack social media skills. I hired a team to help me best utilize the most popular platforms to expand my reach and shorten my learning curve. I believe this is a huge step for me. I reached the decision quickly and confidently because I knew it would move me closer to my goals. There’s a rush that comes with taking action. Initially there’s fear and doubt, but when those emotions are harnessed, they let you know that you are heading in the right direction and keep your from retreating. I eagerly lean into my fears and doubts and take action to subdue them. It’s empowering and it works! Apply this concept consistently and you will be well on your way to success in all areas of your life.
In conclusion, thank you so much for being here with me and I hope you are well on your path to freedom and success. Your accomplishments are only limited by your focus and actions. I know that if you continue to train your mind, your body and your wallet will benefit greatly.
