28 Apr My Morning Routine
Hey! Welcome back! I hope you are having a great start to your week and are able to enjoy this great spring weather! Today was a special day in my household. My 5 year old son had his first soccer practice, and my wife and I volunteered to coach the team. We even recruited my 10 year old daughter to help out as an assistant coach! I am proud to report that team Flying Doughnuts (picked by the kids of course) had a very successful first practice. It was awesome to see the kids participating and having fun, and it felt really good to volunteer my time as coach Jordan.
Aside from adding soccer coach to my already substantial list of roles and responsibilities, my day started as usual at 04:00am with affirmations, ENTRE trainings, coffee, and meditation. I’ve established this as a “procedure” and each step has become a vital aspect of my pursuit towards physical, personal, and professional excellence. As I continue with this morning procedure, the effects compound and multiply. Yesterday I expressed that affirmations are a cornerstone in my personal development, but I also find it extremely useful to meditate. The practice of meditating and focusing only on breathing, allows us to let go of our fears, doubts, negativity, and thoughts. I’m not a psychologist and I can’t say for certain what works for me is going to work for you. I encourage you to develop your own morning procedure to help train your mind and begin to believe your goals are attainable.
I like to give credit when and where it’s due. Not long ago I was introduced to Jeff Lerner and his teachings with ENTRE Institute. With Jeff’s help I was able to redefine my life’s mission. If you’re ready to embark on a journey of physical, personal, and professional growth I highly recommend Jeff and his education company. With ENTRE, you will be equipped with all the mindset tools to accomplish all that you desire. Jeff also teaches real and practical online business models to help you start making additional income right away!
So, if you haven’t done so already, write down your affirmations and recite them twice daily. Then, meditate and cleanse your mind to make space for all the new positivity that is sure to come!
Cheers to your success!
